Workshop for configuring, projecting, commissioning and diagnosing of ET200SP and S7-1200 / 1500 Failsafe PLCs with TIA Portal.

Pogramming knowledge of S7-1200/1500 with TIA portal (See course: TIA Portal Programming: 'TIAP-PROG').

- Introduction of machine safety standards;
- Get to know the TIA Portal platform regarding ET200SP or S7-1200 / 1500 Failsafe PLCs;
- Learn to use the TIA Portal Safety programming environment;
- Learn to program a Safety related application;
- Use of the Failsafe system functions, pacification and reintegration;
- Use of emergency stop, safety gate, light screens and 2-hand operation;
- Learn to configure the specific periphery

- System overview SIMATIC ET200SP and S7-1200 / 1500 Failsafe PLCs;
- Construction of an ET200SP and S7-1200 / 1500 Safety system;
- Structure of a Safety program with TIA Portal;
- configure Safety Hardware;
- Start using FailSafe controls;
- Configure and commission the Failsafe I / O;
