FTMg: flow sensor with energy measurement

The thermal flow meter FTMg measures gas flow, temperature, process pressure and energy consumption: a cost-saving multitalent.

With high measurement dynamics and low pressure drop, it detects non-corrosive gases extremely energy-efficiently.

The high-contrast colour display ensures easy operation of the FTMg and supports the display of various measured values in a graph.

Internal data logging over a seven-day period and integrated statistical evaluation help detect even the smallest leaks in a pneumatic system.

All measurement data can be transmitted via IO-Link or with switching and analogue signals.

In summary, it measures compressed air and non-corrosive gases such as argon, helium, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, and it guarantees high measurement dynamics for cylinder and leak monitoring.

You can also 'attach' the Monitoring Box to the FTMg: a 'cloud' solution for continuous monitoring of the status of devices and installations,

as well as the application itself.

The combination of historical and real-time data provides transparent insight into exceedances of limit values and status changes.

The analysed data are used to produce diagnoses, statistics and forecasts that enable customised predictive maintenance.

Eneco - Green light for green electricity and steam
Eneco Bio Golden Raand, located in the port area of Delfzijl, converts biomass into green electricity and green steam. Each year, the plant processes approximately 300,000 tons of waste wood from the Netherlands and neighboring countries. As part of Eneco’s climate ambitions, a project began in 2022 to replace the existing fluorescent lighting in and around the boiler room. The project was carried out under the supervision of itsme. “Two factors were important in this process: the cost, of course, but also the level of service.”
