Rittal - RiLineX

Endless possibilities for power distribution

RiLineX sets new standards for power distribution and prepares your company for the challenges of the power sector. RiLineX is the new 60 mm busbar system platform for power distribution in industry, buildings and infrastructure - open, manufacturer-neutral and licence-free. Deployable in virtually any industry, it can be adapted to virtually any requirement and flexibly extended as required. The fully integrated protection against accidental contact according to IP 2XB ensures maximum safety and minimises product and system expertise during planning and installation and is expandable up to IP 4X.

Simpler

Modular by design. The basic system can be assembled individually with individual RiLineX modules without tools or as a pre-assembled complete board. Using the configurator, it is easy to set up a 60 mm busbar system. The short-circuit resistance and thus the position of the required busbar supports are fixed by the construction of the boards.

Safe

The RilineX boards offer protection against accidental contact up to IP 2XB and can be additionally upgraded to IP 3X at the front. The boards offer guaranteed and tested system properties (e.g. short-circuit resistance up to 52.5 kA (Icw-1s) and are suitable for applications up to 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC.

More efficient

Working with RilineX gives savings of up to 30% on engineering with Eplan. In addition, savings in assembly of up to 50% which can reduce costs with the shortest realisation times for all types of projects. The simpler organisational logic combined with a smaller portfolio makes it less complex.  RilineX is globally deployable thanks to approvals according to IEC 61439 and UL 508A.

Flexible

RilineX is backwards compatible with RiLine60 switches and devices. Device adapters are available for all well-known component suppliers.

In addition, the length of the boards is freely selectable within the available dimensions and the required system layout within the system grid.
