Rittal - CX Console: For Machine and System Monitoring

The renewed CX console from Rittal offers advanced capabilities for machine and system monitoring, making it a valuable addition to your workflows. As the successor to the TP systems, the CX console introduces innovative features that not only enhance efficiency but also boost the reliability of your systems. This new system is fully compatible with the popular AX and VX accessory platforms, ensuring seamless integration within your existing infrastructure.

What makes the new CX console unique? First and foremost, its versatile configuration. The system offers flexible options for both 2-part and 3-part setups and supports VX platform compatibility for easy cable entry. Additionally, AX handles and system chassis can be easily integrated. Cable entry has been optimized, and the locking systems are replaceable for added convenience. This facilitates simpler installation and improved accessibility for maintenance.

The CX console also boasts ample installation capacity, with plenty of internal space for heavy equipment. The design prioritizes easy maintenance, with efficient use of space to create an optimal workspace. Quick access to installations and simplified maintenance procedures enhance productivity. Moreover, the system comes standard with Rittal ePocket for digital documentation, ensuring you always have access to the most up-to-date information.

As of November 1, the new CX systems are available. The included conversion guide simplifies the transition to the new system, providing an overview of products and their successors.

The availability of machines and plants is a basic requirement for productivity. In order to minimize unplanned downtimes, it is necessary to detect the sources of error at an early stage. This is exactly where SIPLUS CMS Condition Monitoring Systems come in: they continuously monitor the condition of mechanical components of your machines – even throughout the entire plant. SIPLUS CMS therefore represents an important step toward the digital factory, where all the players including machines, products and people along the value chain will be networked. SIPLUS CMS working together with MindSphere – the cloud-based, open IoT operating system from Siemens – opens up completely new possibilities. The powerful cloud platform is designed for analyzing large quantities of data and enables machine parks all over the world to be monitored for service purposes in order to reduce their downtimes.
