Compact control and signalling modules from MURR Elektrotechniek
Compact, flexible and easy to install - this is how the new compact control and signaling modules can be described, with which Murrelektronik expands its range of pushbuttons with standard M12 connection for electrical installations. In addition to the compact design, this series is characterized by a wide range of variants and a low construction height. Together with very simple and flexible mounting with mounting brackets, for example on aluminum profiles, this opens up new possibilities for installers.
Features in brief:
↘ Various operating functions, such as push button with lighting, signal light, selector switch, key switch and emergency stop
↘ Available in 2 variants: for installation in a recessed hole of 22.3mm. or 30.3mm. with a recessed height of only 30.4mm or 36.7mm.
↘ Protection class IP65, IP66, IP67 or IP69 (depending on the type used).
↘ New mounting options for machine and factory enclosures
↘ TÜV certified, cURus for the US and Canadian markets
Benefits:
↘ Cost-saving: No additional enclosure required. "Plug&Play" M12 connection requires no special skills.
↘ Practical: Mounting brackets (sold separately) also allow mounting on aluminum profiles or other flat surfaces.
↘ Easy to connect: Pin assignment is optimally matched to fieldbus modules.
↘ High quality: The 30mm models (excluding the emergency stop) have a stainless steel ring and thus a high-quality "look and feel".
↘ Flexible: Using different plastic lenses, you choose the color of the push button. These are sold as a set and includes the colors yellow, black, green, red and blue.
↘ Clear: The modules can be individually labeled using label sheets (sold separately and suitable for use in most laser printers).
Installation of the new compact control and signaling modules is very easy. The low mounting depth design enables new mounting options. With the mounting brackets, the pushbuttons can be mounted in four different degree positions without having to modify the housing. This means that angled connectors can also be used.
The simple connection via a pre-assembled M12 cable (4- or 5-pole) not only ensures fast wiring, but also eliminates the risk of wiring errors. This makes the control buttons a "Plug & Play" safety solution.
No additional enclosure and lower wiring costs: Compared to standard enclosures with screw connections, the new compact push buttons from Murrelektronik convince with significantly lower overall costs and are nevertheless waterproof all around!
