Eaton - New Generation XV100 and XV300 HMIs Cyber Secure

Eaton is preparing its XV100 and XV300 HMI series for the future by introducing a new generation of XV-102, XV-303, and XV-313 touch panels. The new models feature even faster processors and a new Linux-embedded operating system with advanced cybersecurity. The shape, mounting fit, and functions remain unchanged.

The touch panels from both series can function as an HMI or as an HMI with full-fledged PLC functionality (Codesys V3). They are equipped with numerous communication interfaces and an integrated web server, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Both series offer a compact, powerful, and flexible solution for automation applications where installation space is limited.

The XV-300 series features a capacitive multi-touch screen for advanced gesture control, similar to that of a smartphone or tablet. The XV-102 series has a resistive touchscreen that can also be used with gloves.

Powerful processors, intuitive GALILEO visualization software, and an extensive icon library enable the rapid creation of efficient control interfaces and visually appealing machine visualizations.

XV300 HMI-PLC

The XV300 touch panel from the Eaton Moeller series stands out for its modern design and ease of use, inspired by the intuitive interface of a smartphone or tablet. These devices can be used as HMI control panels or optionally with integrated PLC functionality. They deliver high system performance, with a powerful graphics processor that ensures user interface designs meet the latest standards. This enables fast screen transitions and the integration of multimedia elements, including videos and web content.

XV100 HMI-PLC

The XV100 touch panel provides compact, powerful, and flexible solutions for all automation applications where space is limited. These devices can be used as HMI control panels or, optionally, as an HMI/PLC combination with integrated PLC functionality. The XV100 HMIs are equipped with a TFT screen with resistive-touch technology, available in sizes ranging from 3.5” to 10.4”.
