Stagobel - PEMSA Mesh wire trays

PEMSA Rejiband is mainly characterized by its simplicity: simple and safe in terms of installation with only a minimum of accessories. A short installation time is thus guaranteed. The range is available in various versions and surface treatments.

Some highlights from the PEMSA range:

PEMSA Rejiband Rapide
The Rejiband RAPIDE mesh wire tray is the fastest and simplest wire tray system on the market. Thanks to the user-friendly CLICK quick-connect system, the trays can be clicked together in just 2 seconds. Assembly time is thus reduced by up to 40%.

PEMSA Rejitech ceiling wire tray
Ideal for cable management in confined spaces between vault and false ceiling.

PEMSA Rejiband® BLACK C8 mesh wire cable tray
This version is characterized by a black, sophisticated look. This type is therefore perfect for integration in visible areas such as in commercial buildings, on flat roofs ... etc. Moreover, PEMSA BLACK C8 guarantees high corrosion protection in humid and aggressive environments.

Some advantages at a glance:

  • High corrosion resistance: Class 8 according to NBN EN61537

  • High-quality finish: better result than the hot-dip galvanised version.

  • A high standard finishing thanks to the smooth, even coating with no sharp edges.

  • Electrical continuity according to NBN EN61537.

  • Completely free of zinc whiskers and therefore ideal for mounting in dust-free areas, among others.

  • Great self-healing character of the protective layer in case of damage e.g. by scratches.

  • Great flexibility without damage to the finishing coat.

  • Environmentally-friendly production process with significantly lower energy consumption and waste production compared to the hot dip galvanisation process.

PEMSA mesh wire trays BLACK C8 are the ideal solution for many sectors: distribution centers, food processing plants, shopping centers, data centers, car and railway tunnels, etc. BLACK C8 is frequently used in renewable energy projects such as solar roofs, photovoltaic installations and wind turbines. Important to mention is the fact that the PEMSA wire tray BLACK C8 is available in the RAPIDE version.

Elektro Internationaal - Unburdening with Vendor Managed Inventory
Optimising internal logistics is often a challenge for panel builders, from grab stock management to getting a grip on delivery times. Especially when production is spread across multiple sites, like at Elektro Internationaal (EI) in Woerden. In 2016, the company already took a big step, together with itsme Connected Business, at their batch production site. This was related to the introduction of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) in the form of a 2BIN system. In the near future, EI expects to start the construction of new premises, whereby all activities will be brought under one roof. At that point, the logistics for the entire production will also be optimised.
