FAQ: How can I review and modify my open orders?
Through MyCenters all customers of Breemes have access to extensive options that simplify your daily work. The unique functionality of MyCenters has especially been developed for Machine builders and Industrial end users!
For example, under "Open orders" you can easily view your open orders 24/7, both online and regular orders. Under 'Open Orders' you can also find your order history. In your Open Orders overview you do not only see the delivery date you requested, but also the real-time expected delivery date based on confirmed availability in our supply chain. The traffic lights indicate the delivery performance and the expected delivery performance. So based on this info you can take the necessary action.
All related information directly accessible
All order overviews offer immediate and easy insights in as well as links to related documents, like delivery notes and invoices. And all of this information can easily been downloaded and printed. For open orders, you can even make changes to an order line (see below), for instance in the requested delivery date or the quantity required.
Order cancellation
And should you want to do so, you can even cancel your order: You can do this by yourself or simply make your online request and we will arrange it for you.
Keep yourself informed by subscribing to an order
You can also subscribe to one or more order updates, so that you are immediately informed of your order update(s). Information about these orders is being displayed in your personal MyCenters messages inbox.
Message details
If you select a message, you can see the message details. And in your personal settings you can also select if you want to receive email messages regarding the orders for which you subscribed upon.

On every standard order confirmation, quotation or invoice that you receive from us or that you download yourself, you have the possibility to access all related information directly online via the link as indicated below.
